Return
Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase,
Residential Locks Online will refund your money providing:
1. All returned items will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
2. Your return request is made
within 15 days of the ship date of the original order.
3. We receive
your return within 30 days of the ship date of the original order.
4. All parts included
with the product are returned.
5. The returned product MUST be
returned in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer and be in
new condition. If the returned product has been installed or the original
manufacturer packaging has been defaced in any way it will be considered
damaged, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
To insure that the return will be accepted we recommend that the product
be packed within outer packaging to maintain it's new condition.
6. If the product has a manufacturing
defect we will replace the product at no cost to you
via UPS ground. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you decide not to
replace the defective product.
7. We will not
refund shipping costs based on finish or color expectations and variations
as they appear on your computer monitor.
8. Returned products that have been
installed, have missing or damaged packaging or have open screw hardware
packages and/or missing parts will be charged a restocking fee that will
vary from 25% up to the full purchase price. If your return is received
with internal damage you will be notified and have the option of filing a
claim with your freight carrier and we will return it
to you.
Please complete the Return Request
Form and we will provide you with a Return Authorization # and
instructions by e-mail. Packages without a Return Authorization # will not
be accepted.ªº |
